You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return window starts from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn and unused
• All original tags must be attached
• Item must be in its original packaging
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
• Item must be in the same condition as when you received it

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact usvia email at info@wowkitchenshop.com
• Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
• Step 3: We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
• Step 4: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
